		<description>Thanks for the luck, Sarah. The tragedy at the I-35W Bridge was truly a horror. And that same kind of tragedy is unfurling in slow-motion all across the country. Crumbling schools. Balky water and sewer systems. Creaky and inadequate public transit systems. The nation's refusal to invest equitably in infrastructure is leaving millions of Americans cut off from opportunity and hope. We're optimistic the new Center will help change some of the dynamics around these vital choices.</description>
