		<description>I enjoy reading and hearing about the changes DC has gone through.  I live in the U Street Corridor, and I've head from numerous people that just a few years ago, you would not want to be there.  Gentrification is a big deal.  I am pro-revitalization, but certainly not at the expense of displacing people.  I want decent people of all walks of life to have a place in my neighborhood.  But, if you litter, disturb the neighborhood, have any criminal leanings, don't maintain your property, I, too, want these people, of all walks of life, to be gone.</description>
